Our team will process the closure within 24 hours. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method after outstanding wagers settle. New players who register on g444 and make their first deposit receive a 100% match bonus up to Rs 10,000. For example, if you deposit Rs 5,000, g444 adds another Rs 5,000 to your bonus balance — giving you Rs 10,000 to play with. A wagering requirement (also called a playthrough requirement) means you need to bet a multiple of your bonus amount before it can be withdrawn. Act immediately. If you can still log in, change your password straight away from Account Settings, then email support@g444.im with the subject line "URGENT – Unauthorised Account Access." If you can't log in because the password has been changed, email support with your full name, registered mobile number, and registered email address to have the account frozen while we investigate.

Never. g444 staff will never ask for your password by any channel — email, live chat, phone, or social media. If anyone claiming to be from g444 asks for your password, it is a scam. Report it immediately to support@g444.im and do not provide any login information. The only place you should enter your g444 password is the official login page at g444.im.

Go to the Login page and click "Forgot password?". Enter your registered email address and g444 will send a password reset link to that address within a few minutes. Click the link, create a new password, and log in. Reset links expire after 30 minutes for security reasons. If the email doesn't arrive, check your spam folder. If you no longer have access to your registered email, contact support@g444.im with alternative identity verification.

Responsible Gaming
