Terms and Conditions – g444 Pakistan Gaming Platform Rules

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player," "you," "your") and g444 ("the Platform," "we," "us," "our") operating at g444.im. By accessing the g444 platform in any manner — including visiting the website, creating an account, depositing funds, placing a bet, playing a game, or withdrawing winnings — you confirm that you have read, fully understood, and unreservedly accept these Terms in their entirety.

If at any point you do not agree with any provision in these Terms, you must immediately stop using g444 and contact our support team to close your account. Continued use of the platform constitutes ongoing acceptance of the current version of these Terms, including any amendments published after your initial registration.

To register and use g444, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at the time of registration and throughout your continued use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. g444 applies strict age verification procedures. Any account found to belong to a person under 18 will be immediately closed and any funds in the account will be handled in accordance with our responsible gaming obligations.
• You must be registering as an individual in your own name. Corporate accounts, group accounts, or accounts registered on behalf of another person are not permitted on g444.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information at registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and a payment method registered in your own name.
• You must not already hold an active or suspended g444 account. Each individual is limited to one account at all times.
• You must not be on any self-exclusion list or under a voluntarily imposed restriction that would prohibit you from gambling on g444.

g444 reserves the right to request identity documentation from any player at any time, including but not limited to a copy of a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), proof of address, and payment method verification. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restriction or closure.

Your g444 account is personal to you. You are fully responsible for everything that occurs within your account, whether or not you authorised the activity. Specifically, you agree to:

• Keep your login credentials — username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes — confidential and secure. Do not share them with any other person under any circumstances.
• Notify g444 immediately at support@g444.im if you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation or if your login credentials have been compromised.
• Ensure that all information held on your g444 account is accurate and kept up to date. You can update your contact details through the Account Settings section of the platform.
• Not access g444 via VPN, proxy, or any tool designed to disguise your actual location, identity, or device.
• Not allow any other person to use your account on your behalf, whether temporarily or permanently.

g444 will not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to keep your account credentials secure. If we have reasonable grounds to believe your account has been shared or accessed by multiple individuals, we may restrict the account pending investigation.

All financial transactions on g444 are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawal requests made through the platform:

• Minimum deposit: Rs 200. There is no maximum single deposit limit; however, very large deposits may be subject to source-of-funds verification under our AML procedures.
• Accepted payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards.
• Own-name payments only: All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name, matching the name on your g444 account. Third-party deposits are refused and may trigger a fraud review.
• Withdrawal processing: g444 targets a processing time of under 15 minutes for Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals during normal operations. Bank transfers may take 1–3 banking days depending on your institution. Times may extend during peak periods or if additional verification is required.
• Minimum withdrawal: Rs 500. Withdrawals must be made to a payment account registered in your own name. g444 does not process withdrawals to accounts that did not originate the deposit where reasonably practicable.
• g444 reserves the right to conduct KYC (Know Your Customer) checks before processing withdrawal requests above certain thresholds. You will be notified if documentation is required before your withdrawal can be released.

The following general rules apply to all products on g444 including sports betting, PSL betting, Ludo games, card games, and virtual sports:

• All bets and wagers are final once confirmed. You cannot cancel or amend a bet after it has been accepted by the system, except where a specific Cash Out option is available and you elect to use it before the relevant market settles.
• g444 displays odds in decimal format. The odds displayed at the time your bet is accepted are the odds that will apply to that bet, regardless of any subsequent movement in the market.
• In the event of a technical fault, system outage, or obvious pricing error (a manifestly incorrect odd due to human or system error), g444 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes. g444 will not be obligated to honour bets placed on odds that were clearly erroneous.
• For live in-play markets, bets are accepted subject to a system delay. g444 reserves the right to void bets where the outcome of the relevant event was already known at the time the bet was placed due to that delay.
• Results for all betting markets are determined using official data sources. Where there is a discrepancy between multiple sources, g444's data provider's result will be taken as authoritative.
• For Ludo and card game products, game outcomes are governed by the specific rules displayed within each game interface. The RNG certifications applicable to these games are available on request from g444 support.

g444 runs promotional offers including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, enhanced odds, and tournament prize pools throughout the year. The following general rules apply to all promotions unless a specific promotion's individual terms state otherwise:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before any bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible products, and expiry periods are stated on each individual promotion page.
• Each promotion is available once per player per household per device per payment method unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the associated wagering requirement is satisfied. If you withdraw real-money funds before completing a wagering requirement, any remaining bonus and bonus-derived winnings may be forfeited.
• g444 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or terminate any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion has already been credited to your account, the terms under which it was credited will continue to apply to those funds.
• Accounts found to be exploiting bonuses through irregular betting patterns — including but not limited to low-risk matched betting, arbitrage, or stake manipulation — may have bonus funds and related winnings voided at g444's discretion.

g444 is committed to maintaining a fair, honest, and enjoyable environment for all players. The following activities are strictly prohibited on the g444 platform and will result in immediate account suspension and may lead to permanent closure and forfeiture of all funds:

• Using any bot, automated software, script, macro, or algorithm to interact with any part of g444 — including placing bets, rolling dice in Ludo, or participating in card games.
• Exploiting technical bugs, glitches, or pricing errors found in any part of the g444 platform. If you identify an error, you are required to report it to g444 support immediately.
• Engaging in collusion with other players in any real-money game on g444, including Ludo tournaments, card game tables, or any other multiplayer format.
• Placing bets or wagers using information that is not publicly available at the time of placing the bet, including any form of inside information about match outcomes, player availability, or team selections.
• Money laundering, structuring deposits to avoid detection thresholds, or using g444 for any purpose connected to financial crime.
• Registering multiple accounts or assisting another person to register when they are ineligible to hold an account on g444.
• Any form of harassment, threatening behaviour, or abuse directed at other players or g444 staff via any communication channel.

All content, software, design elements, logos, trademarks, graphics, text, and data on the g444 platform are the exclusive intellectual property of g444 or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only.

You must not copy, reproduce, scrape, reverse-engineer, redistribute, publish, or exploit any element of g444's intellectual property without prior written permission. The g444 name, logo, and associated brand elements are registered trademarks and may not be used in connection with any other product, service, or entity.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, g444 shall not be liable for:

• Any losses arising from the placement of bets or participation in games on the platform, including losing bets, failed games, or unfavourable outcomes.
• Losses caused by temporary unavailability of the platform due to maintenance, technical issues, or force majeure events including but not limited to internet outages, power failures, natural disasters, or government actions.
• Losses resulting from delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers including Easypaisa, JazzCash, and banking institutions.
• Any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive loss or damage, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.

g444's total liability to you in connection with any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

g444 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions, including prohibited conduct, eligibility violations, or failure to provide requested documentation.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any connection to criminal conduct.
• At the player's own request, including self-exclusion requests made under our responsible gaming policy.
• Extended inactivity (accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant and subject to closure with prior email notice).

In the event of account closure due to a Terms breach or suspected fraud, g444 may withhold funds pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach, those funds may be forfeited. If no breach is confirmed, funds will be returned to your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Players who request account closure for personal reasons, including responsible gaming grounds, will have their real-money balance returned in full after any outstanding wagers are settled, subject to verification of the withdrawal method.

g444 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the terms of the Privacy Policy.

In summary, g444 uses your personal data to manage your account, process transactions, prevent fraud, comply with legal obligations, and improve the platform. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. All data is protected by 256-bit SSL encryption and stored on secure servers.

You have the right to request access to your personal data, request corrections to inaccurate data, or request deletion of your data in circumstances where we are not legally required to retain it. Submit such requests to support@g444.im.

g444 is committed to responsible gaming. We provide the following tools within your account settings to help you manage your gaming activity:

• Deposit limits — set a daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amount. Increases to limits take effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period; decreases take effect immediately.
• Session time limits — set a maximum duration for any single gaming session. You will receive a warning as your limit approaches and be logged out when it is reached.
• Cooling-off periods — take a temporary break from gaming of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days. During a cooling-off period you cannot access any real-money feature on g444.
• Self-exclusion — permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from all gaming activity on g444. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for a minimum of 6 months.

When material changes are made to these Terms, g444 will publish the updated version on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date and notify registered players via the email address held on their account. It is your responsibility to ensure your email address on file is current and that you review notifications from g444.

If you continue to use g444 after the effective date of a revision, you are considered to have accepted the updated Terms. If you do not accept the changes, you must close your account before the effective date of the revised Terms.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the operational rules and policies of g444.im. In the event of a dispute between you and g444 arising from your use of the platform, the following process applies:

1. You must first contact g444 customer support in writing at support@g444.im with a clear description of your complaint.
2. g444 will acknowledge your complaint within 3 business days and aim to provide a substantive response within 10 business days.
3. If a resolution is not reached through the support process, g444's senior management will conduct a final review and issue a binding determination.

g444's decisions on disputes arising from the application and interpretation of these Terms shall be final and binding. By using the platform you accept this dispute resolution process as your primary avenue for resolving any disagreement with g444.
